Dr. Stanley Culpepper: Moultrie agAcademy


Profile ImageDr. Stanley Culpepper grew up in North Carolina on his family’s peanut, soybean, wheat and cotton farm. In 1993, Stanley received a bachelor’s degree in agronomy from North Carolina State University. After graduation, Stanley stayed at North Carolina State to pursue a master’s degree and doctorate in weed science. Shortly after, Stanley arrived at the University of Georgia as a weed scientist. Since then, he shared his expertise with students as a Professor in Crop and Soil Science. At the Moultrie, GA, agAcademy, Stanley shared some important findings from his latest weed control studies on cover crops and Palmar amaranth.​​​
