Chris HartterChris Hartter grew up on a dairy farm in northeastern Kansas. He received his Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University and pursued a career in construction management for twelve years. He decided to re-enter the agricultural sector and joined the team at Precision Planting®. While his primary responsibility during the past four years has been to manage the dealership network in the southwest, his main passion has been educating farmers throughout the region on "Equipping Planters for Success" through his all day workshops. He focuses on the fundamental agronomic issues that farmers face during the planting season, and what they can do to be better prepared and to have the confidence that they are doing the best job possible. Chris informed the Dodge City agAcademy goers about the potential benefits of Precision Planting® technologies, such as increased efficiencies that lower input costs, increased yield potentials and increased overall profits.
